Cancelation

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made 24 hours before your appointment time. For example, if your appointment is on Wednesday at 2pm you must cancel by Tuesday at 2pm.

A credit card is required to make an appointment

No-call, no-shows will be charged 75% of the service fee

Cancellations and reschedules that are made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee

If you are later 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 75% of the service

Lash Fills

You have to have at least 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill.

If you have less than 40% you will be charged for a full set.

If your lashes are singed, a new set will be required since we will need to remove the burnt lashes.

No foreign fills (lashes done by someone else, not at MC Aesthetics Beautique)

Fills cannot exceed 3 weeks (21 days), a full set will need to be booked after the 3 weeks.

If a lash fix is needed it will only be done within 3 days of your appointment and is only a 20-30 min time slot. After the 3 days a one week fill will need to be booked.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given.

We do not carry change, if you pay cash please have exact change
